FAQ

  • Can the groceries be placed in our vacation address before our arrival? Yes, we work with your reservationist to allow limited access to the vacation home before your arrival. Please note that during the busy season (June-August) pre-arrival delivery cannot be guaranteed. However most orders are completed before check-in time.
  • Do I have to order on line? No, we will gladly take your order via phone, fax or email.
  • How do I pay for my order?  We accept Checks, ACH and Credit Cards.  There is a small convenience fee for credit card processing.
  •  Do you have a minimum delivery fee?  There is a $20.00 minimum delivery fee for orders.
